These terms apply to CMi Handyman and We Wash Windows OG, home services operated by Clean Metro, Inc. ("Clean Metro," "we," "us"), and to our website and text messaging program.

Text messaging program

Program: CMi Handyman and We Wash Windows OG by Clean Metro.

What you'll get: If you opt in, we text you about your service request: pricing, scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates, and customer care. If you also opt in to marketing messages, we may send occasional offers and promotions.

How you opt in: By checking a consent box on our service request form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and jobs.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, text START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Our work

• We confirm the scope and price with you before we start.
• Every job stays under $500, labor and materials together. If a job would cost more, we'll tell you before any work is done.
• We do not do electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, or roofing work, or anything that requires a permit or trade license. We may refer you to a licensed professional. Any work they do is between you and them.
• We may decline any job.
